Text Box: Our team members are the most import part of our organization. Being a member of the CAS requires desire, determination, and dedication. The desire to be the best that you can be; the determination to do what it takes; and the dedication to stick with it. Attendance at all practices and team events is mandatory, unless excused by your coach.  As coaches, we expect a lot from our members in order to make our program successful. Because cheerleading & dance are such demanding sports, both physically and mentally, a positive work attitude is essential. Most importantly, we realize and appreciate that our members are student-athletes not athlete-students. CAS encourages our members to put school and family first, which works well for our members, as over 80% of our members regularly maintain honor roll status and are involved in a variety of activities outside of cheerleading & dance.  Involvement with CAS provides our team members with the opportunity for selection to a variety of college and pro bowl teams, exposure to college recruiters, and scholarship opportunities.  For additional information on what we require of our members please click on the link above to view our full information package.
CAS is built upon a foundation of Family, Friends, and Fun teaching Skills, Safety, and Sportsmanship. A successful season requires cooperation and support from the athletes, coaches, and parents/guardians, as it is only by working together that we can accomplish the goals we set for ourselves as individuals and teams.
Our MembersText Box: Understand that the commitment is not just the team member, but the parents too. Once your child is placed on a team, you become part of the team too. If you decide that your child can’t get to practice because you didn’t have time, you not only affect your child’s participation but you impact the team as a whole. Cheerleading & Dance are a team sports in the truest sense of the word; each member is a valued and important component of their team, as our routines are choreographed and developed to include every member. It requires the commitment and dedication of not only each team member but every parent to develop a successful student-athlete and program.  We provide the tools and techniques, you as parents have to make it work for you and your child.
